Basil and Lime Sorbet with Chia Seeds

Ingredients 

Fresh basil: 1 cup
Lime juice: from 3 limes
Chia seeds: 2 tbsp
Sugar: 150g
Water: 500 ml

Instructions

Simmer sugar and water. Cool and blend with lime juice and basil. Stir in chia seeds. Freeze.
